Camp Go Away

For a few days in May, 30 or so creatives, mostly wedding photographers, met in a big old house in Big Indian, NY. There were lectures, there was (lots of) wine, there were uncomfortable beds - but more than anything there were incredibly talented photographers and great people to field ideas with, air complaints, experiment with new, fragile ideas, and receive the kind of inspiration that can push you past another era of self-doubt and procrastination. I left feeling focused and alive. Thanks to all of you, and I'm looking forward to a lifetime of friendship with the people I met there.
