FROM THE BRIDE: We wanted our wedding to feel intimate and timeless. To accomplish this we chose to keep it a simple yet vintage style in mind when choosing things. For example - The Boathouse as a venue, a 40s style wedding dress and suit, minimal yet elegant flowers and handmade favors. We work in film and wanted out wedding to stand the test of time like an old classic movie.
Our favorite things about our wedding were our amazing Photographer Dacia, (Aw, thanks!) our quick yet heartfelt ceremony during which we shared secret memories as vows, our first dance to which we attempted to learn the box step the night before, the crazy and amazing photobooth shenanigans had by all our family and friends, The Dough Donuts...OMG the Dough Donuts, and our friend Jon who destroyed the tinsel backdrop while using it in front of a fan as a dance prop. It was a good time.
