Once and a while you get to photograph a love so great it truly vibrates off the walls. These two take such care of each other. Like me, China is an introvert, and the way that Dan tends to, cares, protects, and respects her way of interacting with the world, though different than his own, is truly couple goals.
Settled among the trees and ferns of upstate New York is the venue Handsome Hollow – a perfect settling that China + Daniel, both creative directors, used to the fullest. Bringing their NY sensibilities to this rustic space meant keeping the palette limited and refined. Greens, gold, and black with minimalist details made the day so special. Their “Best Women” wore black and their long farm tables were addressed with names of songs that reminded them of their time together with that certain group of friends.

Business-wise, Dacia has a system set up that made choosing the right photography package and making payments clear and easy. She also responded quickly and concisely to emails. And creatively, she’s got a great eye for finding “the special,” whether that may be spotting a special location or capturing a special intimate moment.
